Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By registering with the Example AI service at https://demo-en.alexshkarupa.com, I freely give not specified (registration No. not specified, address: not specified, the "Controller") my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data

Email address, account information, access keys and balance transactions, IP address and technical information about requests to the Service.

2. Purposes

Registering and signing in, providing the Service under the Terms of Service and billing for it, keeping the Service secure, and sending notices related to the Service.

3. Processing

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, disclosure to processors, restriction, erasure and destruction — with and without automated means.

4. Processors and international transfers

I agree that the Controller may engage processors and transfer the content of my API requests to providers of AI models, including in other countries, solely to fulfil my requests. My email address is not transferred to them.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid until my account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. Withdrawal is sent to ipalexshkarupa@yandex.ru; after withdrawal the Controller stops processing and deletes the data within the period required by the laws of the country where the Provider is registered.
